Scott's Butternut Squash Soup Recipe!

I'm a culinary arts grad and i like " cooking for the season" The Health benefits of Butternut Squash are: rich in B-complex,It has more vitamin A than that in pumpkin, and Butternut squash seeds are a good source of dietary fiber
  • 1 (2 to 3 pound) butternut squash, peeled and seeded
  • 3 pears
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 cups chicken stock(organic if possible)
  • Nutmeg or cinnamon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • peel and cut squash/pears into 1-inch chunks. In large pot melt butter. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 8 minutes. Add squash/pears and stock. Bring to a simmer and cook until squash is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove squash/pear chunks place in a blender and puree. Return blended soup to pot. Stir and season with nutmeg  or cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Serve.

How Scott discovered the Ionic Foot Bath!

    How i discovered the foot bath was, i was working for an employer in Illinois when my left leg went through a metal grated floor while 2 stories up with nobody around.  I had to pull my leg out of the hole and take myself to the hospital because my employer didn't feel it was necessary to take me to the hospital and expected me back to work the next day!  I suffered form a torn meniscus of the knee and i had a hematoma the size of a softball in my left calve muscle.
    A few days before my accident, my wife entered us in a drawing to win a free Ionic foot detox from our local health food store and my name was drawn.  I was told the Foot Bath would help draw out inflammation and help to heal sore joints and muscles, while reducing edema.  After my first treatment, the edema went down in my leg, and after 2 months of treatments 2-3 times a week i didn't need surgery for my meniscus because it was healed!  I have seen it for myself what the Foot Detox does and wouldn't sell a product that wouldn't work!.
    I have worked in the steel industry for about 15 years and when i detox i get heavy metals that still come out of my body! Heavy metals are represented by "Black Flecks", and if i was to touch on of the "flecks" you would smell metal!. In my opinion, its a Great way to keep your body looking and feeling "Great" and I'm proof of what it can do to you and for your body!
